The Deluxe Swing Seat is made of black rubber and is often thought to be more comfortable than the timber seat as the soft surface adds a little more grip.
The seat is constructed from injection-moulded black rubber and is fitted with steel reinforcements.
The ropes are poly hemp and have plastic welds. The ropes are soft to touch, natural looking and waterproof therefore able to withstand the weather and therefore less liable to rot.
The fixing on the deluxe swing seat to the rope is stainless steel. The rings, eights and bolts are zinc coated.
This product has been designed for children over 3 years and has a recommended maximum user weight of 70kgs (approximately 11st).
We recommend using Grass Safety Mats under our swing seats in order to prevent ground erosion and reduce the chance of injury should a child fall.
