COVID-19 Corona Virus

Update Thursday 26 March 2020 – suspension of ordering

In the interests of the safety and wellbeing of our staff, restrictions on movement and advice regarding our courier’s operations we are no longer able to despatch orders from our premises.

This is very much a pause in our business and as soon as the Government advises we can resume our operations we will be raring to get orders to you.

Our office team are all working from home so please do get in touch by email and we will respond as quickly as possible.

If you are enquiring about placing an order please do include a contact number and where you are.

If you have an order with us already we will be in touch with you individually as soon as possible.

Our phone lines will be diverted but if you don’t get through to some one please do leave a message.

Update Wednesday 25 March 2020

We are currently only processing online orders which can be delivered by courier. However in order to do this we rely on our courier service to keep operating. If this changes we will keep you informed and updated.

We are working hard to process our online orders as quickly as possible and to get orders out to you. However with the ongoing situation and the need to follow public health guidelines to keep our team safe, we are operating with a reduced workforce. For this same reason we are currently not able to offer an assembly service.

For other products not available to order on line which we have to deliver ourselves please email your enquiry including where you are located and we can advise what is possible.

COVID-19 Corona Virus

At Caledonia Play we are continually monitoring the advice given by Government and NHS in relation to the virus and are taking all steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our staff and our customers.

We remain open for business and will continue to take orders both online or over the phone and will continue to deliver as long as possible either by courier or our own delivery teams. We will of course keep this under constant review and advise of any changes.

All our teams have been briefed in hygiene measures and carry hand sanitiser in the vehicles. We do however ask that you understand that they will keep a distance from you when they are delivering or installing. We will contact our customers individually to discuss how deliveries and installs are carried out before hand.
